J.P. Trijsburg 2022 Pinot Noir

Single vineyard Pinot Noir from Jean-Paul's own vineyard in Ballarat. Handpicked, fermented with 10% whole bunch and the rest as whole berries. The wine was aged in French barriques for 18 months and bottled without filtering or fining. The result an elegant complex wine with flavours of black cherries and a hint of tobacco.
