Dappled was started in 2009 by Shaun Crinion "with a view to make high quality, unadulterated wines from special patches of dirt at realistic prices. These wines were first and foremost for my family and friends, so a hand-crafted, minimal intervention philosophy just made perfect sense to me - and still continues today".
